Once dreaming of becoming a philosopher or a chef, I fell in love with design in Milan. My journey led me through startup incubators, design agencies, and postgraduate research on cognitive disfluency in Italy and Ireland before I settled in London.

Throughout the past 7+ years at Meta, I have obsessed over responsible design. I began by creating Facebook's tools for content moderation appeals and anti-harassment. Later, I designed one of the world’s largest identity verification platforms, safeguarding election integrity and tackling themes like pseudonymity, regional differences in identity, and accountability in the Metaverse.

As a founding member of the Meta Support organization, I architected AI for Support, scaling conversational products into a global system serving billions across Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook.

Currently, I lead our transition to an AI fluent ecosystem, setting new standards for safe and equitable products at scale, while welcoming hundreds of new folks to inclusive practices every week.
